Looking around the somewhat roundtable at the Hilton, as early as 8:30 a.m. on a Friday morning, one would not believe such a meeting could not only be held in Ethiopia, but also  led by women.  It feels a necessity to have fresh juice and black coffee as early as you can, even before consuming food, so that was how the networking was conducted at the beginning of AWiB’s Annual Partnership Breakfast. This event is unique in that the call for partnership is not one of begging funders for money, but of strategizing to address AWiB’s as well as partner companies’ needs; creating win-win for both.
